Humana People to People started its activities in South Africa in 1995 under the name "Development Aid from People to People in South Africa" which was later changed to Humana People to People in South Africa, currently operating in five provinces.


3 TRIO areas officially come to an end

Humana People to People in South Africa handed over the 3 TCE TRIO areas to the communities of Greater Tubatse and Kagiso in Sekhukhune and Main Reef respectively.

The newly started HOPE Bushbuckridge, a project that empowers and supports the community through HIV Education and mobilization was given the permission to proceed with its activities by the local authorities in Bushbuckridge area.

The third phase of a TCE program is always the most critical.The stage entails keen preparation for its exit strategy as well as identification of an appropriately well organized community that will take and own the program after TCE is phased out.
