The program started operating in 2014.
TCE Gert Sibande is situated in Mpumalanga Province, Gert Sibande District and operating in Govan Mbeki sub-district and Msukwalika Subdistrict. The program is covering the population of 55000 and operating in 11 areas(Leandra, Evander, Kinros, Embalenhle, Bethal, Secunda, Trichartd and Charlcillers) and supporting 15 clinics (Lebogang, Evander, Kinross, Ext 4, Ext.14, Paulinah Morapeli, Langverwagt, Secunda, Trichardt, Bethal, emzinoni, Sead, Cibi , Mthonjeni and Ermelo Town Clinic) and 3 Hospitals (Evander, Bethal and Ermelo) Hospitals. The program is made possible by USAID through FPD( Foundation for Professional Development).
TCE Gert Sibande is providing Community Base HIV Counseling and Testing (CBCT), which is a door to door testing, and mobile HIV testing in the work places, Truck stops, Events and campaigns.
