Your privacy is important to Humana People to People in South Afrca (HPPSA) and your personal information is dealt with in terms of the HPPSA Privacy Policy. This privacy statement sets out the practices applicable to the protection of personal information on the HPPSA website.

HPPSA is committed to keeping your personal information confidential. HPPSA will use your personal information for database purposes, donor recognition purposes, to communicate with you, unless expressly directed by you not to do so.

In general, you may visit HPPSA's website without revealing any personal information. There are times, however, (particularly when you  donation) when HPPSA may request personal information from you.

If requested, you may choose to give us your personal information, for example your name, telephone number and address or email addresses. This information may be needed, for example, to correspond with you particularly in sending out thank you letters or other donor material.

If you inform HPPSA that you do not want it to use your personal information as a basis for further contact with you or for any other purpose, it will not do so.

HPPSA intends to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information. HPPSA has implemented appropriate technical and organizational information security measures (including, but not limited to, using encryption for transmission of credit card numbers) to help it keep your information secure, accurate, current, and complete.

Donation Refund Policy

Humana People to People South Africa (HPPSA) collects unrestricted donations for the Development Projects in South Africa on its website to support HPPSA's mission.

We will endeavour to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate.

If you change your mind about donating online to HPPSA for any reason, HPPSA is happy to honour your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution.
